The driver was on time at the airport but he had to make two stops before going to our first stop, one for gas and the other at an office. He couldn't find my place (which isn't difficult as the streets have numbered names which follow a logical sequence), nor did he have GPS or a telephone that worked. I had to give him my phone which is not a Mexican phone to call my host for instructions. I believe you should provide your drivers with GPS especially if they don't know in advance where they...
We booked our RT airport transfer to our Cancun resort and it went perfectly! Both drives arrived punctually and were very friendly. Additionally, our private van was upgraded to private SUVs at no cost! I definitely recommend and will no doubt use them for my next trip.

Hi, I have spend extra $66, because you provided and encouraged your clients to use customer service phone number that is based in Spain. I would like your company to return this amount back to me. Also, you need to do much better job to select and train your drivers. Also, at arrival to Cancun Airport we had to wait 40 minutes for the vehicle to take us to the resort. Hopefully this review will help. I am waiting on my $66 back. Thank you!

I've used my transfers twice recently and have been very happy with the service both times. They were willing to give me the phone number of local drivers just in case of any issues at the airport. Plus they sent me emails the day before my travel just to confirm that they didn't forget about me. Good service.

Vehicles were very clean and pleasant smelling and comfortable. Drivers were punctual and very kind. I had a little trouble finding the driver on my arrival. I arrived a little after 8 p m and for some reason, he was not looking for me until 9. Other drivers helped to find him. I should have asked how to identify him.
