Departure time its not good idea, let the user decide which time is suitable, because its just not make any sense..! Or a good notification during booking.
As per my previous email my trip was a disaster thanks to your company. We were never collected from airport, have still not got a reply to my email regarding a full refund n were never contacted about return trip to airport. I paid 75 euros for a service that was not provided or any explanation given.Very badly run service unprofessional, no explanation or customer service. Would not recommend to anybody. We were never collected, no driver turned up. Extremely dissapointed. Had to get a Taxi that cost 60 euros. Rang your office , got no answer. Would like a full refund and would not recommend your company to anybody.Not a nice start to a long awaited holiday. Very stressful at airport, nobody to assist us.
