Exceptional service. On both occasions the drivers were on time, courteous and polite and the vehicles were immaculately clean. The child car seats we requested were fitted and clean. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend.

Excellent service. For both journeys the drivers were excellent and on time. When we arrived at our destination there was some confusion ( on our part ) on location. The driver ensured we were not abandoned and waited with us until we could establish with our host, the exact location. On the return the driver was timely and extremely courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely use again. Bill

Overall the service was very good however there are a couple of points I wanted to make. I had to change the collection address and on 2 occasions emailed the customer services inbox with these details. I did not hear back and therefore the morning of our collection had to call the office to get them to amend the booking. This left the driver confused although he did make contact with me directly to confirm the details. In addition, I'd picked a mini-van for both trips yet on our collection...

In bound cannot be faulted. Our plane was delayed 90minutes leaving Stansted. We advised My Transfers by email and received immediate response and our driver was waiting when we arrived at Palma. Outbound, the driver phoned seeking directions to pick up point and to say he was delayed 15mins as a result of traffic problems. He still managed to get us to airport by time allocated by company. However, in my opinion the arrival time was too tight, and with covid protocols, at least 2.5 hours shou...
