We ordered a childseat beforehand. Minivan came without one. I asked the driver, where the childseat is and he said noone told him. Due to this we were really disappointed, because safety for our 1 year child was not given. Next time I would book with a different company.

For that situation it would have been helpful to have the drivers WhatsApp number beforehand. We had to go through two other numbers to finally have the direct contact with him.
