Excellent service, except the requested water was not offered. The driver had someone with him who he identified as his colleague, but I suspect was a friend who had come along for the ride from central Rome to Fiumicino airport. The driver was kind enough to arrange a return ride and was waiting promptly on-time to drive us back as arranged.

The only issue we had was the driver was originally confused about which hotel we were staying at. We started it in the wrong area of the city. We did get where we needed about 20 minutes later than expected. He was very apologetic. No harm... No foul.
Great experience. A mix up in pick up time (on my side) so had to call - staff very helpful. Driver really nice; cheerful and helpful. Will definitely use again.
